With more than 30 years in the insurance industry, Helen has experience across underwriting, claims and the loss adjusting functions. While predominantly within the New Zealand insurance industry, Helen also has experience in the United States Virgin Islands, Bahamas and Australia. Helen has adjusted losses for conventional insurers and Lloyds of London syndicates. Her experience further extends to include leadership roles of technical claims teams, catastrophe project management, audit and complaint resolution.
