With over 35 years of International Claims Management experience, Wim heads since 2018 DEKRA’s worldwide claims management activities in his capacity of Executive Vice President of DEKRA SE, which activities include those of DEKRA Loss Adjusters and Surveyors. His overall scope mounts up to over 500 million euros in sales.
Wim started out in the insurance business as a lawyer who specialized in Liability and Property loss adjusting services but has since then been working in most specialist disciplines including catastrophe losses.
Nowadays, he is primarily involved in executing DEKRA’s growth strategy and managing the company’s worldwide business development in the claims management area, making use of his own background in the field.
